PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

We are looking for vendors who create unique handmade crafts, fine art, and photography, as well as vendors who sell vintage goods such as books, clothing, records and household items. Applications will be accepted from June 15 to July 30th.

Vendor Fee

The fee for a 10’ x 10’ space is $69. Early application fee is ONLY $49. Early applications must be paid by
June 30th If you are applying to share a table with a friend, submit one application.

The vendor fee is $69. Your application will not be complete until you pay the vendor fee.

Application Deadline

The application deadline is July 30th, 2010.

Acceptance Notification

The Portland Music & Arts Festival is a juried craft fair. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance status via email no later than August 7th, 2011. All applicants who are not accepted will be refunded the vendor fee; or checks will be returned if paying by check.

Payment

Checks may be dropped off to Christine Gunduz, Maine Children’s Cancer Program, Development Department, 22 Bramhall Street, Portland, Maine 04102

Checks should be made out to Maine Children’s Cancer Program

Refunds

The fee is refundable at any time until applications close on July 30. After July 30th vendor fees are non-refundable. Once you withdraw from the festival, you forfeit your spot and are not permitted to sell or trade your space.

Booth Spaces

Booth spaces are 10′ x 10’ Vendors are responsible for supplying their own display items (tent, tables, chairs). Tents are not provided by us, but we strongly recommend each vendor bring a tent for protection from the weather. You will need to bring weights for your tent in case it is windy.
